• THE SELECTION OF THE LAUREATES

Eight visual artists designated by a committee of eight Franco-Italian expert-members, emblematic personalities of the world of art and culture.

Each member-expert selects a contemporary plastic artist living in France or in Italy, regardless of age or nationality, engaged in a real artistic trajectory, whose approach agrees with the values of the Prize. This choice is kept secret from the other expert-members until the deliberations.

During the deliberations in Naples, a Jury composed of the two founders, Éric and Isabelle Pujade-Lauraine, the artistic advisor of the Prize, Gloria Sensi, and the committee of eight expert-members, meets and attends the presentation of each artist by the expert who selected her or him.
At the end of the deliberations, the eight selected artists are winners. A First Prize is awarded by the Jury.
Over the course of the editions, the various expert-members, laureates, First Prizes, Great Witnesses… will progressively enrich the vocation of the Prize in order to develop an international think tank producing different forms of exchange and knowledge around art, science and health.
